Revolutionary iPad Enclosure

Recent projects our Custom Design Department have completed included a revolutionary iPad enclosure for a leading retailer. The client, a fashion retailer, required a mounting solution for the newly launched iPad for use within the media area of its retail outlets.

Liaising closely with the client we identified key features required to be included within the specification. The brief called for a number of security features to be incorporated into the design as the unit was to be used by the general public in the retailer's media area. The home button, power and data cables needed to be enclosed within the casing to ensure that they would not be tampered with. The back of the casing also needed to be exposed to eliminate interference with the WiFi.

Within a 2 week period, our Custom Design Department had designs approved, manufactured and in situ ready for the stores launch. All was achieved on budget and on schedule.
