As we monitor the situation and follow the guidance of local authorities and the World Health Organization, we have decided to temporarily make some changes to our standard operating procedures.
Despite recent events we are currently operating at a normal capacity with customer shipments & orders leaving us daily. Please note that although we are seeing some small delays throughout our supply chain for “Made to Order” goods we are not expecting lead times to alter drastically. If this does change we will be contacting customers directly on a case by case basis.
At this point we can’t tell how long we will need to have this system in place but please rest assured that we are working to return to normal as quickly as possible. We also ask that our customers take this into account for any upcoming projects in which our products are required and adjust lead times & expectations accordingly.
Despite this our sales team are still on hand either by email or over the phone ready to assist in any way they can.
