As we monitor the situation and follow the guidance of local authorities and the World Health Organization, we have decided to temporarily make some changes to our standard operating procedures.
Starting from Monday 23rd of March 2020 we will no longer be dispatching goods daily but instead will only ship out orders on a Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday through to Tuesday will ship the following Wednesday.
At this point we can’t tell how long we will need to have this system in place but please rest assured that we are working to return to normal as quickly as possible. We also ask that our customers take this into account for any upcoming projects in which our products are required and adjust lead times & expectations accordingly.
Please note that although we are seeing some small delays throughout our supply chain for “Made to Order” goods we are not expecting lead times to alter drastically for now. If this does change we will be contacting customers directly on a case by case basis.
Despite this our sales team are still on hand either by email or over the phone ready to assist in any way they can.
